first and one of the worst is here on highway 4 where an accident at love bridge road in pittsburg blocked the left-hand lane. this is right and the heart of the construction area where there are two very narrow lanes. it has backed up the traffic all the way for antioch and westbound direction. it is really jammed up this westbound 4 ride. this is always a slow commute but trust me when i tell you it is gridlock out there. even the on rams are backing up onto city streets in antioch in pittsburg. the accident is unclear to the shoulder but it is still been quite slow at the scene. the other accident is on the nimitz freeway northbound 880 at high street. an injury accident, is backed up. here's a look at traffic on 66. this is the off ramp known as the collector. this is a nimitz freeway northbound and you can see it has slowed the drive the cali back to 66 from high street and fruitvale on the

>> welcomed back, 7:29 a.m. and we are still tracking a couple of hot spots. these are the result from the accidents that were cleared in antioch. travis though backed up all the way through and get through highway four towards the bypass. it is not completely cleared from the freeway. there was a backup continuing on the 80 in the northbound direction, a live look at the nimitz freeway. this is the northbound side. what we're seeing is not so much residual slowing from the earlier crash but the gradual slowdown as the volume on 880 increases. this is a slow ride but it is more normal now. the accident at high street has been completely cleared from the roadway. let's find out

tuesday and over the past several days they have delivered more portables with the last one being thursday. this is important because over the past several days they have had to grind material to attach all of these portable together to make one large unit to use as classrooms as well as office space. he is speculating that perhaps the grander caused some sparks to go on and it was simmering and that is possibly what caused this fire. that is not the official determination from the arson investigators, they will come out here later this morning. there was no electrical wire attached so they can't rule that out already. instead of having these new portables that were supposed to be a part of this, it is now a staging area. here are pictures we got overnight. the fire started around midnight and the fire department told me they got here with in five minutes but by then, you could
